Welcome to the Stentless PCI Course, organized by HTI Foundation (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing this website and completing a payment through Razorpay, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Registration

 

  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Participants must provide accurate personal and professional details during registration.

  • HTI Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject registrations without prior notice.

2. Payments

 

  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

  • HTI Foundation does not store or process credit/debit card details, UPI IDs, or banking information.

  • Course fees displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  • Registration fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • If the event is cancelled by HTI Foundation, eligible refunds will be processed through Razorpay within 7–10 working days.

  • Payment gateway or transaction charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Event Modifications

 

HTI Foundation reserves the right to:

  • Modify the course agenda or schedule

  • Change speakers, venue, or format (physical / virtual / hybrid)

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

 

  • All presentations, videos, course materials, and content belong to HTI Foundation or respective faculty.

  • Recording, reproducing, or distributing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

 

  • HTI Foundation is not responsible for:

    • Payment failures due to technical issues

    • Internet/network interruptions

    • Travel or accommodation arrangements

  • Liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for registration.

7. Governing Law

 

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
