Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all registrations made for the Stentless PCI Course, organized by HTI Foundation, through https://stentlesspci.com and payments processed via Razorpay.
1. Registration Fees
All registration fees paid for the Stentless PCI Course are non-refundable.
Once payment is successfully completed, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained.
2. Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by HTI Foundation, participants will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.
The refund process may take 7–10 working days, depending on bank or payment provider policies.
3. Event Postponement / Modification
If the course is postponed, rescheduled, or converted to a virtual/hybrid format, registrations will remain valid.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
4. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend the course after successful registration does not qualify for a refund.
This includes visa issues, travel problems, medical reasons, or personal circumstances.
5. Duplicate / Failed Transactions
In case of duplicate payment or failed transaction with amount debited, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Such refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via Razorpay.
6. Transaction Charges
Any payment gateway or bank charges deducted during the transaction are non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed only through Razorpay.
No cash, cheque, or manual refunds will be issued.
