Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all registrations made for the Stentless PCI Course, organized by HTI Foundation, through https://stentlesspci.com and payments processed via Razorpay.

 

1. Registration Fees

 

  • All registration fees paid for the Stentless PCI Course are non-refundable.

  • Once payment is successfully completed, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

 

  • In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by HTI Foundation, participants will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.

  • The refund process may take 7–10 working days, depending on bank or payment provider policies.

3. Event Postponement / Modification

 

  • If the course is postponed, rescheduled, or converted to a virtual/hybrid format, registrations will remain valid.

  • No refunds will be provided in such cases.

4. Non-Attendance

 

  • Failure to attend the course after successful registration does not qualify for a refund.

  • This includes visa issues, travel problems, medical reasons, or personal circumstances.

5. Duplicate / Failed Transactions

 

  • In case of duplicate payment or failed transaction with amount debited, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

  • Such refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via Razorpay.

6. Transaction Charges

 

  • Any payment gateway or bank charges deducted during the transaction are non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

 

  • All eligible refunds will be processed only through Razorpay.

  • No cash, cheque, or manual refunds will be issued.
